Ingredients:

pound fresh tomatoes, peeled and seeded

1/2
cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves

1/4
small onion (about 2X1-inch piece)

teaspoon red wine vinegar

1/4
teaspoon salt



Preparation:

Combine ingredients in food processor; process until finely chopped but not smooth.
