Summer Sausage Dippers


Ingredients
5 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 1×1/2-inch chunks
32 pimiento-stuffed green olives
1 (9-ounce) HILLSHIRE FARM® Summer Sausage, cut into 32 thick half-moon slices
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apricot jam or preserves
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
   
Secure 1 piece cheese and 1 olive onto 1 Summer Sausage slice with frilled toothpick; repeat with remaining cheese, olives and sausage. Arrange on platter. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. For dipping sauce, stir ketchup, jam, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in small saucepan; heat over medium-low heat until warm and smooth. Serve sausage dippers with sauce.
