Rhubarb Tart
Ingredients
Pastry for single-crust 9-inch pie
4
cups sliced (1/2-inch pieces) fresh rhubarb
1-1/4
cups sugar
1/4
cup all-purpose flour
2
tablespoons butter, cut into chunks
1/4
cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
1.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry; set aside.

Combine rhubarb, sugar and flour in medium bowl; place in pie crust. Top with butter. Sprinkle with oats.
3.
Bake 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
Bake 40 minutes more or until bubbly.
