Fresh Fruit with Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce
Yield: Makes 12 servings
A delicious, refreshing and healthy alternative to salty, high fat snacks, fruits and vegetables also help protect the body from most kinds of cancer. This is a good start toward fulfilling your minimum five servings per day.
Ingredients:

tablespoons lime juice
1
small jicama, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips 3 to 4 inches long
2
pounds watermelon, rind removed, and fruit cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges 2 to 3 inches wide
1/2
small pineapple, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into wedges
1
ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced crosswise
Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation:

Combine lime juice and jicama in large bowl; toss. Drain. Arrange jicama, watermelon, pineapple and papaya on large platter. Serve with Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce.
