Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
1/2 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup French's® Worcestershire Sauce
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time about 1 hour
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine beef, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, bread crumbs, eggs and Worcestershire in large bowl; stir with fork until well blended.
2. Place meat mixture into greased 2-quart shallow baking dish; shape into 9×5-inch loaf. Bake 1 hour or until no longer pink; drain. Pour remaining 1/2 cup sauce over meat loaf and top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
3. Cut into slices. Serve with deli coleslaw and rolls, if desired.
 
Tip   For a change of pace use ketchup, tomato sauce or marinara sauce for the barbecue sauce.
