PLACE2 tablespoons butter in 13×9-inch baking pan; melt in oven for 2 to 4 minutes or until butter sizzles. Unroll dinner rolls; separate into 16 triangles. Sprinkle triangles with 1-1/3 cups morsels. Starting at shortest side, roll up each triangle; arrange in prepared baking pan.
BAKE for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
MICROWAVEremaining morsels and remaining butter in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 30 seconds. STIR. The morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until smooth. Stir in nuts, sugar, lemon juice, water and cinnamon. Pour over hot rolls.
BAKE for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Immediately loosen buns from pan. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes; serve warm.
