Yield: Makes about 3/4 cup
Ingredients:

tablespoons butter or margarine

4
green onions, thinly sliced

1/2
medium red bell pepper, minced

2
small red hot chili peppers,*** seeded and minced

3
cloves garlic, minced

3
tablespoons minced fresh parsley

1/2
teaspoon salt

1/8
teaspoon black pepper



Preparation:
1.
Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, bell pepper, chili peppers, and garlic. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until onions are soft.

2.
Remove from heat. Stir in parsley, salt and black pepper.
