Smoked Beef Casserole
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
1 jar (8 ounces) pasteurized processed cheese spread
3/4 cup milk
2 packages (6 ounces each) HILLSHIRE FARM® Deli Select Smoked Beef, cut into strips
4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 package (16 ounces) frozen peas
2 cups crushed potato chips, divided
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
   
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spoon cheese spread into 12×8-inch baking dish. Bake until cheese is melted. Stir milk into melted cheese. Mix in Smoked Beef, potatoes, peas and 1 cup potato chips. Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese and remaining 1 cup potato chips. Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until Cheddar cheese is melted.
