1. Prepare couscous according to package directions. Keep warm. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir chicken in batches 5 to 10 minutes or until browned. Transfer to bowl. Drain fat.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet until hot. Cook and stir vegetables 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in 2/3 cup water, mustard and barbecue sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring often. Serve over couscous.
