Ingredients:

cup loosely packed fresh cilantro

tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh ginger

tablespoons black pepper
2
tablespoons lime juice
3
cloves garlic
1
tablespoon ground allspice
1/2
teaspoon curry powder
1/4
teaspoon ground cloves
1/8
teaspoon ground red pepper
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until thick paste consistency.
