(9-inch) deep-dish ready-to-use frozen pie crust

1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. In large skillet, combine chicken, water, rice, contents of seasoning packet and frozen vegetables. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon mixture into pie crust.
3. In small bowl, beat eggs and milk. Pour over rice mixture in pie crust; top with cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serving Suggestion
A fresh fruit compote of orange sections and green grapes or blueberries is the perfect accompaniment to this delicious quiche.
