1. Combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika and salt in shallow bowl. Pat onto shrimp.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve with lemon wedges.
