Oriental Chicken Wings
Yield: Makes 32 appetizers
Ingredients:

pieces chicken wing drums and flats
1
cup chopped red onion
1
cup soy sauce
3/4
cup packed light brown sugar
1/4
cup dry cooking sherry
2
tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
2
cloves garlic, minced
Chopped fresh chives (optional)
Preparation:
1.
Preheat broiler. Broil chicken wing pieces about 5 minutes per side; transfer to slow cooker.
2.
Combine onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, ginger and garlic in large bowl. Add to slow cooker; stir to blend well.
3.
Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH 2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with chives.
