Cheesy Skillet Lasagna
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 jars (14 ounces each) marinara sauce
2 cups cooked rotini pasta
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
1. Cook beef in large skillet until browned; drain. Stir in sauce, pasta and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Heat to boiling, stirring.
2. Spoon ricotta cheese over beef mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining 2/3 cup onions. Cover; cook over medium-low heat 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
