Slow Cooker Cheese Dip


Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 pound bulk Italian sausage
1 package (16 ounces) pasteurized process cheese, cubed
1 can (11 ounces) sliced jalapeño peppers, drained
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups (8 ounces) Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
1 container (8 ounces) cottage cheese
1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
1 can (8 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
3 cloves garlic, minced
  Salt and black pepper
   
Slow Cooker Directions
1. Brown ground beef and sausage 6 to 8 minutes in medium skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Transfer meat to slow cooker.
2. Add processed cheese, jalapeño peppers, onion, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and garlic to slow cooker. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Cover; cook on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until cheeses are melted. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
