Oven-Roasted Asparagus
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  Salt and black pepper to taste
   
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In 1-1/2-quart baking dish, arrange asparagus mixture. Roast 20 minutes or until asparagus are tender. Garnish, if desired, with grated lemon peel and serve with lemon wedges.
 
Note   Recipe can be halved.
