Quick 'n' Tangy Beef Stir-Fry

Quick 'n' Tangy Beef Stir-Fry


Ingredients
Sauce
1/2 cup French's® Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Stir-fry
1 pound thinly sliced beef steak
3 cups sliced bell peppers
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time about 10 minutes
1. Combine ingredients for sauce. Marinate beef in 1/4 cup sauce 5 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches 5 minutes or until browned.
2. Add peppers; cook 2 minutes. Add remaining sauce; stir-fry until sauce thickens. Serve over hot cooked ramen noodles or rice, if desired.
