Sonoma Sourdough Sandwich
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey mustard
  Lemon juice
3 avocados, peeled, pitted, sliced
6 BAYS® English Muffins, lightly toasted
1-1/4 pounds smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
6 Roma plum tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
3/4 pound hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
   
Combine mayonnaise and mustard thoroughly. Sprinkle lemon juice over avocado slices to prevent darkening. Spread mayonnaise-mustard mixture over muffin halves. Top each half evenly with avocado, turkey, tomato and cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
