Sonoma Sourdough Sandwich

cup mayonnaise

tablespoon honey mustard
|

Lemon juice

avocados, peeled, pitted, sliced

pounds smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced

Roma plum tomatoes, sliced lengthwise

pound hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese, sliced

Combine mayonnaise and mustard thoroughly. Sprinkle lemon juice over avocado slices to prevent darkening. Spread mayonnaise-mustard mixture over muffin halves. Top each half evenly with avocado, turkey, tomato and cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
