Tuscan-Style Fettuccine with Artichokes
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 box (16 ounces) fettuccine, cooked and drained
  Grated Parmesan cheese
   
In 12-inch skillet, melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread over medium-high heat and cook artichokes, cilantro, oregano, garlic and pepper, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until heated through. To serve, toss sauce with hot fettuccine and sprinkle with cheese.
