Pork & Vegetable Hot Pot

Ingredients

pound boneless loin pork chops, cut into very thin strips

cup Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

|

can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth
|

package (16 ounces) frozen stir-fry vegetables
|
|
1

cup uncooked medium egg noodles

|

green onion, sliced

1. Combine pork and Frank's RedHot Sauce in medium bowl; set aside.
|

2. Combine broth and 2-1/2 cups water in large saucepan. Heat to boiling. Add vegetables and noodles; return to boiling. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in pork and green onion. Cook 1 minute or until pork is cooked.
