Crunchy Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
3 cups potato chips, coarsely crushed
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
   
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place crushed potato chips in medium bowl. Combine egg and milk with wire whisk in small bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with potato chips, pressing coating gently on each chicken piece.
2. Arrange chicken on lightly greased large baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
