Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
Roasted Pepper Sauce (recipe follows)

medium onion, thinly sliced

1
large clove garlic, minced

1
(1-1/2-pound) halibut fillet, skinned



Preparation:
1.
Prepare Roasted Pepper Sauce; set aside.

2.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cover bottom of baking dish with onion and garlic. Top with fish and sauce.

3.
Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
