Preheat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons baking mix and cinnamon. In 11×7-inch baking dish, arrange peach mixture; set aside.
In medium bowl, mix remaining 2/3 cup baking mix with brown sugar. With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread until mixture is size of small peas. Stir in milk just until moistened. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto peach mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until peaches are tender and topping is golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm and, if desired, with vanilla ice cream.
