can (8 ounces) mandarin orange segments, undrained
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Melt margarine in large saucepan. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. Stir in brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar and soy sauce. Drain orange segments, reserving juice; set orange segments aside. Combine cornstarch and reserved juice in small bowl; mix well. Stir into onion mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Add rice, beans, nuts and orange segments; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
