cup (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1. Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Add spinach, green onions, olives, 1/2 teaspoon oregano and pepper; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in tomato.
2. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise and remaining 1/2 teaspoon oregano in small bowl. Split open pita breads; line each with lettuce leaf. Stir cheese into beef mixture and divide among pita pockets. Serve with yogurt sauce.
