Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1-1/2 teaspoons dried sage, crushed
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon coarse-grained mustard
4 American lamb loin chops (about 1 pound)
   
Combine lemon pepper, red pepper, oil, balsamic vinegar, water, sage, onion and mustard in small bowl. Brush lamb chops with mixture. Broil or grill 4 to 6 inches from heat source about six minutes per side or until desired doneness. Brush with mixture while cooling.
 
Note   Chops may be refrigerated and marinated up to 24 hours before cooking.
