can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained

1. Brown meat in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in tomatoes and taco seasoning mix.
2. Reduce heat; cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in green onions and olives.
3. Place 1 tortilla in bottom of 2-quart baking dish; cover with about 1/2 cup meat sauce. Top with about 1/4 cup cheese. Repeat, making six-layer stack.
4. Pour 1/2 cup water down edge, into bottom of dish. Cover with foil and bake at 425°F 30 minutes or until heated through. Cut into 4 wedges. Garnish with sour cream, if desired.
