Country Corn Bake
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
2 cans (11 ounces each) Mexican-style whole kernel corn, drained*
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons bacon bits**
*Or, substitute 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained.
**Or, substitute 2 slices crumbled, cooked bacon.
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 33 minutes
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine corn, soup, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, milk, celery, cheese and bacon bits in large bowl. Spoon mixture into 2-quart square baking dish. Cover; bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir; sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden.
