Cherry Shake
Makes 2 (8-ounce) servings
Ingredients
1 cup frozen tart or dark sweet cherries
1/2 cup cherry juice
1 cup vanilla ice cream
  Maraschino cherries, for garnish
   
Put frozen cherries and cherry juice in container of electric blender or food processor. Purée until almost smooth. Add ice cream one third at a time; blend well after each addition. Pour into glasses; garnish with maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.
