Smokin' Beef Fajitas
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds lean flank steak or top round steak
1/2 cup Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup smoky-flavored barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 green or red bell peppers, cut into strips
1 large onion, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
  Heated flour tortillas
   
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
1. Cut steak into 3×1×1/4-inch slices; place in large bowl. Combine Frank's RedHot Sauce, barbecue sauce and cumin. Pour 1/3 cup sauce over steak; toss to coat. Let stand 5 minutes. Reserve remaining sauce mixture.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet until hot. Stir-fry vegetables 5 minutes or until tender. Transfer to clean bowl.
3. Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet over high heat until very hot. Stir-fry steak in batches until browned. Transfer steak and any pan juices to bowl with vegetables. Return all to skillet. Stir in reserved sauce mixture; toss to coat. Cook until heated through. Serve in tortillas.
