Rice & Bean Burritos
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 (5.0-ounce) package RICE-A-RONI® Red Beans & Rice
1/2 cup salsa
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 cup frozen or canned corn, drained
3/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
8 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
1. In medium saucepan, bring 1-3/4 cups water, rice-bean mix, salsa, margarine and Special Seasonings to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
2. Stir in corn, green onions and cilantro. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve in tortillas with cheese.
