Sunny Day Casserole


Ingredients
1 jar (8 ounces) pasteurized processed cheese spread, melted
3/4 cup milk
4 cups diced potatoes, partially cooked
2 cups diced HILLSHIRE FARM® Ham
1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss, Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup cracker crumbs
   
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine cheese spread and milk in large bowl. Stir in potatoes, Ham, mixed vegetables and onion. Pour into medium casserole. Bake, covered, 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cheese and cracker crumbs over top. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
