Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine cheese spread and milk in large bowl. Stir in potatoes, Ham, mixed vegetables and onion. Pour into medium casserole. Bake, covered, 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cheese and cracker crumbs over top. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
