Caribbean Pork Chops

Ingredients

tablespoon TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
|
|

teaspoon salt
|
|
1
|
teaspoon garlic powder
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon ground cumin
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon dried thyme leaves
|
|
1/8
|
teaspoon ground allspice
|
|
1
|
pound boneless pork loin chops, 1/2-inch thick
|
|
1

tablespoon olive oil
|
|
1/2
|
cup water
|
|
|
|

|
|
Combine TABASCO® Green Sauce, salt, garlic powder, cumin, thyme and allspice in small bowl until well blended. Spread mixture on both sides of pork chops.

Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; cook until well browned on all sides. Add water to skillet; heat to boiling over high heat, stirring to loosen brown bits from bottom of skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
