Sautéed Pork Peperonata
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 pound boneless loin pork chops, cut into thin strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1 each green and red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
4 tablespoons Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided
4 large rolls, split
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
1. Combine pork and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Cook pork mixture 3 minutes or until browned; remove from skillet.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables, basil and 1 tablespoon Frank's RedHot Sauce. Cook, covered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Return pork to skillet; add remaining 3 tablespoons Frank's RedHot Sauce. Cook, covered, 1 minute. Serve on rolls.
