Creole Burgers

cup mayonnaise

tablespoons French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
|

1-1/2

teaspoons Creole or Cajun seasoning, divided

pound ground beef
|

tablespoons French's® Worcestershire Sauce

hamburger rolls

small tomato, sliced
|

small red onion, thinly sliced

1. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning in small bowl; set aside.
|

2. Gently mix beef, Worcestershire and remaining 1/2 teaspoon seasoning. Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill patties 10 minutes for medium doneness (160°F internal temperature), turning once.

3. Spread mustard mixture evenly on rolls. Top with tomato, onion and burgers.
