can (8 ounces) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, undrained

• Beat honey and margarine in large bowl 1 minute. Beat in egg, then undrained crushed pineapple and orange peel.
|
|
• Combine flours, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, dates and almonds in medium bowl. Stir into pineapple mixture just until moistened.
|
|
• Spoon batter into greased muffin cups. Bake at 375°F 25 minutes. Turn out onto racks to cool.
