Kelly Green Mini Bundt Cakes


Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 package (about 18 ounces) white cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare mix
  Green food coloring
1 container (16 ounces) white frosting
  Green decorating sugar
   
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush 12 mini (1-cup) bundt cups with butter.
2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Add food coloring to batter, one drop at a time, until desired shade of green is reached. Fill prepared bundt pan cups half full.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted near centers comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 5 minutes. Carefully place racks on top of pans; invert pans. Lightly tap bottom of pans to help release cakes. Cool completely on wire racks.
4. Place frosting in medium microwavable bowl. Add food coloring, one drop at a time until desired shade is reached. Microwave on LOW (30%) for 30 seconds or until pourable but not melted. Spoon frosting over tops of cakes. Sprinkle with green sugar.
