Ravioli Soup

Ravioli Soup


Ingredients
1 package (9 ounces) fresh or frozen cheese ravioli or tortellini
3/4 pound hot Italian sausage, crumbled
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) DEL MONTE® Stewed Tomatoes - Seasoned with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) beef broth
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) DEL MONTE® Italian Beans, drained
2 green onions, sliced
   
Prep and Cook Time 15 minutes
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, cook sausage in 5-quart pot over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain. Add undrained tomatoes, broth and 1-3/4 cups water; bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low; stir in pasta, beans and green onions. Simmer until heated through. Season with pepper and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
