Sweet 'n' Sassy BBQ Sauce
Makes 2-1/2 cups

tablespoons corn oil
|
|

large onion, chopped
|
|
1

can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
|
|
3/4
|
cup sugar
|
|
1/3
|
cup Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
|
|
1/4
|
cup French's® Worcestershire Sauce
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon ground allspice
|

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, uncovered, 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Baste on grilled chicken or ribs during last 10 minutes of cooking. Refrigerate any leftover sauce or serve as a dipping sauce.
