Smoked Turkey & Fruit Salad
Ingredients

package (16 ounces) DOLE® Classic Iceberg Salad
1
can (11 ounces) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
4
ounces deli-sliced smoked turkey or chicken, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/2
cup DOLE® Golden or Seedless Raisins
1/2
cup fat free or light ranch salad dressing
1
can (20 ounces) DOLE® Pineapple Slices, drained and cut in half
Prep Time
15 minutes
•
Toss together salad, mandarin oranges, turkey and raisins in large bowl. Pour in dressing; toss well to evenly coat.
•
Spoon salad onto large serving platter. Arrange halved pineapple slices around salad.
