Preheat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in vanilla, then flour, scraping sides occasionally, until blended. Stir in walnuts.

On ungreased baking sheets, drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart. With palm of hand or spoon, gently flatten each cookie.

Bake 10 minutes or until light golden around edges. On wire rack, let stand 2 minutes; remove from sheets and cool completely. Sprinkle with additional sugar.
