Buffalo Chicken Salad Italiano

Ingredients

cup
Frank's® RedHot®
Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2
cup prepared Italian salad dressing
1
pound frozen chicken tenders, thawed
8
cups torn salad greens
1
cup sliced celery
1
cup crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese

Marinate Time
20 minutes

Combine Wing Sauce and salad dressing in bowl. Pour 1/2 cup mixture over chicken tenders in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.

Cook chicken on electric grill pan or barbecue grill for 3 to 5 minutes until no longer pink in center.

Arrange salad greens, celery and cheese on serving plates. Top with chicken and drizzle with remaining Wing Sauce mixture.
Tip
You may substitute 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves for chicken tenders.
