Makes 2 sandwiches

Bacon & Tomato Melt


Ingredients
4 slices crisp-cooked bacon
4 slices (1 ounce each) Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, sliced
4 slices whole wheat bread
  Butter, melted
   
1. Layer 2 slices bacon, 2 slices cheese and sliced tomato on each of 2 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices. Brush sandwiches with butter.
2. Heat large grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches; press lightly with spatula or weigh down with small plate. Cook sandwiches 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cheese melts and sandwiches are golden brown.
