Iced Creamy Chai

Ingredients:

spiced chai-flavored tea bags
1
cup boiling water
Ice cubes
1/2
cup cream, divided
2
cups cool water, divided
2
packets no calorie sweetener (or 2 tablespoons sucralose-based sugar substitute), divided
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
1.
Steep both tea bags in boiling water for about 4 minutes to brew 1 cup double-strength tea. Remove tea bags and refrigerate to cool.
2.
To serve, pour half of cooled tea (less than 1/2 cup) over ice in each of 2 tall glasses. Add 1/4 cup cream, 1 cup cool water and 1 packet sweetener to each glass and stir to combine. Sprinkle with cinnamon just before serving.
