Quick Pork with Orange-Basil Sauce

Quick Pork with Orange-Basil Sauce


Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup DOLE® Pineapple Orange Juice
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 oranges, sliced
1 green onion, sliced
   
Prep 10 min.
Cook 10 min.
Cook and stir pork over medium-high heat in hot oil in large, nonstick skillet 3 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Remove pork; drain.
Stir together juice, garlic, cornstarch, basil and orange peel in skillet until blended. Bring to boil; cook 2 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Return pork to skillet; cook 1 minute or until heated through.
Place pork slices and orange slices on 4 dinner plates; sprinkle with green onion. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
