1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Combine apples, cider, 1/4 cup butterscotch topping, flour and cinnamon in large bowl. Place in prepared pan.
3. Combine granola, remaining 3 tablespoons butterscotch topping and margarine; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.
4. Cover and bake 40 to 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 to 255 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and apples are tender. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
