Mexicali Corn

cups chopped onion and bell pepper
|

package (16 ounces) frozen whole kernel corn

|
1/8
|
teaspoon garlic powder
|
|

tablespoons Frank’s® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir onion and bell pepper in butter until crisp-tender. Stir in corn and garlic powder.

2. Cover pan; cook over medium heat 3 minutes until corn is tender. Stir in Frank's RedHot Sauce.
