Grilled Quesadilla Snacks


Ingredients
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 ounces sliced smoked ham, cut into thin strips
2 ounces sliced smoked turkey, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/3 cup French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard
2 teaspoons ground cumin
10 flour tortillas (6 inch)
   
Prep Time 30 minutes
Cook Time 2 minutes
1. Combine cheese, bell pepper, ham, turkey and onions in medium bowl. Combine mustard and cumin in small bowl; mix well.
2. Place 5 tortillas on sheet of waxed paper. Spread 1 rounded teaspoon mustard mixture over each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over mustard mixture. Top with another tortilla, pressing down firmly to form quesadilla.
3. Place quesadillas on oiled grid. Grill over medium heat 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and quesadillas are heated through, turning once. Cut each quesadilla into quarters. Serve with salsa and cilantro, if desired.
