Rocky Road Candy


Ingredients
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
1 (10-1/2-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Chill Time 2 hours
1. In large heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter with EAGLE BRAND®; remove from heat.
2. In large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows; stir in chocolate mixture. Spread in 13×9-inch baking pan lined with wax paper.
3. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Remove candy from pan; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers loosely covered at room temperature.
 
Microwave Method   In 1-quart glass measure, combine chocolate chips, butter and EAGLE BRAND®. Cook on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes, stirring after 1-1/2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Proceed as directed above.
