Quick Holiday Raspberry Fudge

Ingredients

cups HERSHEY'®S SPECIAL DARK® Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'®S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
|
|
1-1/2
|
teaspoons raspberry-flavored liqueur or raspberry extract
|

1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.

2. Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred; stir in liqueur. Spread evenly in prepared pan.

3. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan; place on cutting board. Peel off foil; cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
